Superior Court of Sonoma County Family Law Division
This site is useful to learn about and prepare for the court process and offers valuable court forms and information about a variety of family law issues including child support, divorce and legal separation, child custody and parental rights.
The Superior Court's family law help topics provide general help on a number of issues ranging from guardianship to housing issues and has a useful link to on-line services that may provide further assistance.
Kid's Turn is a non-profit organization that helps children through parental separation and divorce. An excellent Q&A section with frequently asked questions FROM children TO their parents about divorce may help when broaching the difficult task of explaining the divorce process to young children. Kid's Turn also offers workshops for parents, useful books, articles and other resources dealing with the parent/child relationship through a divorce.
